Responsibilities

- Networking:
- Attend industry events and actively participate in social activities to establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Client Retention:
- Foster and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure the retention of ongoing business and explore opportunities for additional collaborations.
- Product Upselling:
- Recommend upgrades or additional products to existing clients, tailoring suggestions based on their specific needs and usage patterns.
- Business Proposals:
- Develop personalized proposals that align with the unique requirements of each client, showcasing a thorough understanding of their business goals.
- Price Negotiation:
- Engage in negotiations on pricing terms with both clients and vendors, aiming to secure mutually beneficial and profitable contracts.
- Feedback Review:
- Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that services align with client expectations.
- Software Implementation:
- Employ business development software to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency in client acquisition, relationship management, and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Possession of a business-related qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in spoken English at an excellent standard is a prerequisite.
- Strong social and communication skills are essential.
- A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Experience
