Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Warmly greet customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Provide comprehensive information about our services and promptly address customer queries.
  • Enquiries Handling:
    • Efficiently manage customer enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Sales Order Management:
    • Proficiently organize, collect, and electronically file sales orders for streamlined accessibility.
  • Invoicing and Paperwork:
    • Generate accurate invoices and meticulously manage all paperwork associated with sales transactions.
  • Customer Follow-up:
    • Initiate proactive contact with customers via phone or email to address queries and gather any necessary missing information.
  • Feedback Management:
    • Channel customer feedback to the relevant departments for swift action and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Reports:
    • Develop and present comprehensive sales figures and reports to senior sales management for strategic insights.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide essential administrative support to the sales department, handling additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a degree is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in spoken English at a high standard is a prerequisite.
  • Strong social and communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen is a key requirement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are expected.
Experience
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or a related field is required.
